All items are described as accurately as possible including an image and measurements. Please note sculptures are hand cast unique pieces there will be some variation in translucency and finish. Each sculpture is sold as seen with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. Each limited edition print will be signed and numbered.

All items on the website are priced in British Pounds.
A confirmation email from Five10Twelve Limited will be sent to you when payment is deemed complete and all item(s) remain the property of Five10Twelve Limited until full payment is received.
Delivery
Domestic
We use a registered mail service which requires a signature on delivery. Registered mail is a 5-7 working day service upon receipt of full payment of in stock items. Limited edition prints and posters will be made to order and may take 2-3 weeks before it is ready for dispatch.
Overseas
Overseas shipping by airmail – a seven to ten working day service upon receipt of full payment for in stock items. Limited edition prints and posters will be made to order and may take 2-3 weeks before it is ready for dispatch and will then take 7-10 working days for delivery.
This service is trackable and requires a signature upon delivery.

Five10Twelve Limited reserve the right to increase or decrease the postal and handling charge as necessary.
We will only ship to the cardholders address and will not deliver to any P.O boxes.
Please note that until you have paid for the item(s) items may still be sold. If we are out of stock on any item, you will be notified within 48 hours by email.
In the event of a postal strike Five10Twelve Limited will do their very best to get your parcel delivered at the earliest possible opportunity. Although, delays should be expected on postal strikes, and Five10Twelve Limited are not accountable for this.
Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with any item(s) we do offer a 14 day guarantee. We will refund you on the original price of the item(s) but not the shipping and handling costs. There will be a ten pound charge to cover these costs. The item(s) needs to be returned in perfect condition and with the Five10Twelve Limited packaging and tags to be eligible for the refund. Please ensure that the item(s) is correctly packed for transportation and sent by trackable postage, you are required to keep proof of postage WHICH MAY BE REQUESTED. Five10Twelve Limited reserve the right to refuse any refund and will not accept responsibility for the non arrival of returned goods unless sent as stated.
If the item(s) are damaged or faulty a full refund including shipping and handling will be given. Please email Five10Twelve Limited within 3 working days to slmjh@fivetentwelve.com. If you do not then we are not able to offer the said refund. Please ensure that the item(s) is correctly packed for transportation and that you keep proof of postage WHICH MAY BE REQUESTED. Five10Twelve Limited reserve the right to refuse any refund.
We only refund item(s) that are returned in the condition sent, not lost or stolen item(s). For this reason, we advise customers to inspect their purchase before disposing of original packaging..

Contract Formation
No contract will formed between you and Five10Twelve Limited for the sale of any item(s) until payment in full and a confirmation email from Five10Twelve Limited is received.
Any contract can be cancelled by Five10Twelve Limited at any time at its sole discretion and all monies paid in respect of thereof will be refunded.

The use of this website is at your own risk. Five10Twelve Limited is not liable for any damage or loss whatsoever caused by the Internet or this website or any related information technology. Five10Twelve Limited does not warrant that this website will be free from computer viruses or other malicious programs etc which may cause direct indirect consequential incidental or any other damages to you or any other party.
